Niagara White "Knocking On Heaven's Door" (Sweet)...Made in Honor of the Lovely Carol Ann Chiappone. A Native American Grape, Pale, Straw in Color. Lightly Sweet and Very Grapey. Grown through out New York State, this grape had it's origin in Niagara County in the City of Lockport. "Heaven's Door" has won a Phenomenal One Double Gold, Twelve Gold, Thirteen Silver and Five Bronze Awards between 1995-2006.

Traminette "MoonGlow" (Lightly Dry)...Fresh Key Lime Taste. Very Clean and Smooth. This grape is new to New York State Developed only Seven Years Ago at Cornell University. A Cross of Chardonay, Seyval and Gewurztraminer it pairs very well with all foods. First Bottled at Chiappone Cellars in 2004 it already has One Gold, Two Silver and One Bronze Award.

Chardonay "Aquarius" (Semi-Dry/Dry)...Taste of Lemons, Pineapples, Cantalope, Apples, Toasted Almonds & Vanilla. Lightly Oaken. The Winemaker brings out the taste of the grape here. Pleasingly there is not a lot of heavy Oak. This Chardonay has received Six Gold, Four Silver and Four Bronze Awards between 2000-2006.

Riesling "Morning Star" (Dry)...Hints of Peaches, Green Apples, Banana and Peppery Pears. Three different yeasts were used during the fermentation of these grapes. It has a very nice mineral aftertaste giving it Exceptional Character and Structure. Between 2000-2006 this wine won One Double Gold, Eight Gold, Seven Silver and Three Bronze Awards.

Ives (Dry)...An Old Native American Grape with Two Spanish Yeasts are used to bring out the Highest Characters of This Wine. Under the Watchfull Eyes of the Master Winemaker this wine is made completely opposite from the norm. Full Round Mouth Feel with hints of Cedar in nose and taste and a Nice Fruit Aftertaste. The first Competitions were entered in 2006 and the Ives already has One Platinum and Two Gold Awards.

Ice Wine "Lake Effect" (Sweet)...Made with the Vidal Grape and the FIRST COMMERCIAL ICE WINE MADE IN NIAGARA COUNTY! A very sweet and rich sipping wine. When made it is in Limited Quantities Only as a tremendous amount of care is required in addition to perfect temperature and weather conditions. A very special wine with hints of apricots, pears, honey and cloves. Made only in 2003 it has won One Gold and One Silver Award in competion.
